What does the verified badge actually prove?
That your NSCA or CIMSPA certification is real, in your name, and not expired. A person confirms it with the issuing body; nothing is auto-approved. The badge names the body and lapses on the expiry date it gives us. We never sell the badge and you cannot buy it: you earn it by being certified.
I am not NSCA or CIMSPA certified yet. Can I still use the page?
Yes. The link, packages, bookings, WhatsApp and email capture all work without it; you just do not carry the badge until your certification checks out. If you are mid-course, your page is ready the day you pass.
How do clients book me?
You set your weekly hours once in the editor. Your page then offers a free intro call: clients pick a slot in three taps, you get an email instantly, and the calendar blocks the slot. Paid sessions and packages run through Stripe when you switch payments on (a platform fee of 8%, or 5% on Pro, applies to paid bookings only), or through WhatsApp the way you already close today.
